Delivery & Returns
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries, and also offer a free Click and Collect service in our store. Minimum order value of £10 required for delivery. The following options are available to choose from at checkout:
Collect from Store - FREE
Standard Delivery (2-3 days) - £4.50
Next Day Delivery (before 13.00) - £7.50 [Suspended until April]
Order must be placed by 13.00 on day of purchase to guarantee Next Working Day Delivery. Next Day Deliveries are not currently available for purchases made on a Saturday or Sunday. All deliveries details are for UK mainland only. We cannot gaurantee times for International delivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for purchasing with Shoedini, we truly value your custom.
Our aim is to ensure you and your children return to be looked after us for years to come. And to avoid products being returned due to any faults.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to help you.
Your purchase can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the faulty product.
Sale and discounted items are excluded from the returns policy, however, may be reviewed on an individual basis for exchange at Shoedini's discretion.
Returns Policy Process:
To be eligible for a return we need you to ensure the following:
• Your purchase was made in the last 14 days.
• You email proof of fault, with images supporting your findings of the faulty product to firstname.lastname@example.org
• The product is returned carefully packaged in its original packaging.
• The product has not been misused, worn outside or purposefully damaged.
• You have proof of purchase.
All products are quality controlled before dispatch. Please therefore ensure there are no scuffs / markings on the shoe or torn / broken packaging when you return as these are not covered within the policy. Products that do not meet above criteria will not be considered for return.
If a construction fault is found it may take up to 28 days for a credit to be issued by the manufacturer.

Once we have agreed a refund following the above process, please return the product with its original packing to:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product may be refundable if agreed in advance during returns process.
If you received a damaged product through an online purchase, please notify the team at Shoedini immediately for assistance use above Returns Policy Process email.
Sale items may be refunded at our discretion and prior arrangement, if the above Returns Policy Process is followed.
